The client is a commercial grade equipment supplier providing inflatables, tables, chairs, party tents, party and inflatable accessories, floor dryers and close outs. The company has been in business since 25 years. Also, they sell an entire gamut of inflatables and tents including bounce house inflatables, water slide inflatables, pole tents and frame tents in all sizes.

About Product

A comprehensive CRM solution was integrated with client’s existing website so that the entire business processes, starting right from sending the quotes to placing the order, would be accomplished without manual intervention. Overall, the CRM product aimed to cultivate the customer relationship for the business by taking care of customer transactions, preferences, and specific expectations

How we did it ?

We implemented popular SuiteCRM with customized procedures and effectual functions. It is a community version of SugarCRM. SuiteCRM is an efficient, powerful and flexible tool that provides automated actions to establish a robust customer base. SuiteCRM is used and trusted by world’s largest organizations to handle massive customer transactions that can be resulted in increased business growth. We synched product, orders, customers, and quotes and facilitated it with standard sales pipeline process. We also integrated client’s SAP system to Magento and synched the Magento data with SAP system. Magento SAP integration also helped to track end-to-end order processing which ultimately results in modeling business processes.


Client was dealing with a large customer base. To manage a wide range of products according to the requirement, it was quite challenging to migrate all the data into the CRM with great efficiency.


Brainvire’s team of proficient developers created different APIs for updating the products and customers. The APIs developed are strong enough to reflect the real time synchronization of product and customer module. This also facilitated for comprehensive inventory management and led to successful migration of inventory details.


The client deal with a wide array of products ranging from tents, tables to various accessories; some of them were grouped together whereas others were sold as an individual product.


Our team setup the categories of products in simple, configurable and bundled forms. The APIs were written in a way that automatically identifies the product type and dynamically unites or segregates them before saving into the CRM database. This ensured the real time synchronisation between two platforms in a smooth manner.


It’s a noticeable issue in website that customer adds product in shopping cart and the leaves the website due to various reasons. Thus, it resulted in potential loss of revenue for the client.


The Brainvire team wrote a custom algorithm that automatically identifies if a cart is abandoned on website and creates a quote for the same in the CRM software. Furthermore, the sales representative can take a follow-up with that customer and seal the deal by offering suitable discounts.


The client desired a strategy that allows any customer to check the quote on mail and directly proceed for the purchase, without bothering to open the website.


The Brainvire team setup a workflow - when quote is sent on mail, the customer will also receive a purchase link. So, if they are satisfied with the quote then a simple click on the link will redirect the customer to the shopping cart page without login or registration in an automated manner. Thus, the precious time of customer is saved!
